Joe and Brandi are so nice and they and their crew did a WONDERFUL job. I have a really big house and it is spotless! I first met Joe when he contacted me through Thumbtack and, after speaking with him, he came to my house to give me a quote for a once a month home cleaning. He was professional, friendly, courteous, and personable. I had been using another cleaning service and was becoming increasingly dissatisfied with their policy of continual staff change. I informed Joe of my situation and told him I would get back to him when I needed a new cleaning service. When I finally ended my relationship with my cleaning company, I contacted Joe. It had been well over a month, yet Joe was able to schedule my cleaning within a day or two of contacting him. He and Melissa came to clean my home and I am immensely pleased with them and the job they did! They were totally professional, extremely courteous, and nice! And they did a fabulous job! Joe, as the team leader, welcomed my feedback and encouraged me to inspect my house to make sure everything was up to my standards. The few things I found, (and some of them were because I hadn't expressed to Joe that I wanted those things cleaned) were immediately rectified. I felt as if they really cared about my house, respected both it and me, and enjoyed what they were doing! They took their time to get the job done right. I never felt as if they were rushing to finish my house so they could get to their next job. And that was a pleasure! Joe is very prompt in returning calls and welcomes questions and feedback. I have already scheduled my next cleaning with him. And I am looking forward to a long and mutually satisfying relationship with Springtime Sparkle!!
